Erika is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board. She has a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology from the University of Mount Union. Erika also has a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Akron in 2015. She is an EMDRIA trained EMDR trauma-informed therapist.

Erika has previous experience counseling in various settings such as homes, schools, and communities, with all ages and diverse backgrounds. She takes a relaxed, client centered, holistic approach to therapy, rooted in advocacy and empowerment for all clients, utilizing evidence based treatments; primarily including CBT, mindfulness, DBT, and EMDR.
